Everyone knows that smoking is bad for you. It gives you cancer, makes your wang soft, and kills your heart. When I say everyone, I mean everyone. EVEN SMOKERS KNOW IT'S BAD FOR YOU. But, it's a free country. Let them smoke you right stealing pansies. If you don't want to breath second-hand smoke then stay away from smokers. It's that simple. Now the safety nazis have passed legislation that makes it illegal to smoke in public places. A crapload of states have passed laws. Maybe you like the smoking ban... You could really piss of smokers by wearing a funny smoking ban shirt. Think about it. You can taunt them and then when they chase you, you could run about 15 feet and the smokers would be out of breath. Then you could wait for them to recover, then run another 15 feet.
